We have chosen this image for our tour poster, this is because we like how each person is posing and the quality of the photo. I think that the photo is professional and unique, they are all in different positions which resembles individuality but they also look really good together as a group. In addition their clothing/ look is exactly what we pictured when researching and deciding on costume/ mise en scene.
We then went on to putting our chosen image onto photoshop, we used the magic wand tool and background eraser to delete the background of the photo, our tour poster draft has really helped us in the process of creating the digi pack.
After cutting out the image we placed it onto a red background, and started to play around with the font and the placing of the image, tour title and group name. The fonts on photoshop were not what we were looking for, therefore we used dafont (a font website; http://www.dafont.com) to look for different fonts, however the font on photoshop helped us decide where we wanted everything to be placed.
At the moment, we have mostly stuck to the digi pack draft and are hoping to complete the poster soon.
