Fifth Harmony are a group of five singers who all successfully auditioned as soloists on The X Factor USA. However they failed to progress individually to the next stage of the competition and were later reformed as a group by Simon Cowell. Originally their group name was LYLAS (meaning love you like a sister) however after many name changes they officially become 'Fifth Harmony'. After singing many hits such from many of their idols such as Taylor Swift and Demi Lovato Fifth Harmony finished in 3rd place in the competition. However this was not the end of the group, they have been more than successful in their music career and are now known globally across the world (most popular in the UK and America).

Following their exit from The X Factor, they released their debut single' Miss Movin' On' and it peaked at number 76 on the US Billboard Hot 100. They managed to sell over 500,000 digital downloads. Their debut EP, Better Together was released in 2013 with a first week position of number 6 on the US Billboard 200. They also won MTV's Artist to Watch aware at the MTV Video Music Awards 2014. In addition to these hits singles BO$$ (my chosen song) and Sledgehammer were both certified Platinum by the RIAA for selling over 1,000,000 digital downloads. Fifth Harmony have also released more singles and an album that have succeeded extraordinary limits in the industry.
